Recruitment Facilitation

Recruitment Facilitation is one of the most crucial aspects of being a CSIL Employer. This service which is offered by the Individualized Funding Resource Centre is paid for directly out of your CSIL funds.

 

We understand how difficult an extremely daunting task like finding staff can be. Where do you start? What are you looking for? What kind of person are you prepared to share a very personal part of your life with?

 

These are just a few of the questions that may come to mind. We can assure you that our Recruitment Facilitation service will give you peace of mind in knowing that IFRC is dedicated to screening applicants and providing you with quality caregivers to consider for an interview. We are willing to assist you with any aspect of interviewing as needed even as much as being there at the interview and asking the questions.

 

Here are just a few of the Recruitment Facilitation services we provide:


• Establishing client needs
• Specific time and task analysis
• Identifying potential desired employee attributes and staff requirements
• Creating advertisements and putting them out in the community
• Managing all replies to the ads and screening each applicant, by hosting application sessions in the community by where we engage said applicants in a pre-screen interview process
• Providing the client with a list of applications which are recommended by us and fit the prerequisites set out by the client
• Doing all the Reference Checks and Criminal Record checks
• Assisting with interviewing when required
• Assisting with any scheduling conflicts or complications and emergencies that may come up regarding staffing
• Offering our advice and guidance to ensure our client is a successful CSIL Employer
